Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

This page explains in plain language what data 3dlab.co.il collects, why it is needed and what you can do about it.

1. Who processes the data

3D Lab, Haifa, Israel. For any data-related question, message us on WhatsApp: +972 54-470-8757.

2. The form on this site

There is a request form on the site. It asks for your name and phone (or WhatsApp) and, optionally, a description of the job. We use this for one purpose only: to contact you and answer your enquiry.

A submitted request reaches us on Telegram and is stored on our server in Germany. Along with it we store the address of the page it was sent from, the IP address and the browser type — so we can tell which pages bring enquiries and filter spam. We do not pass this data to third parties and do not send marketing mail.

Filling in the form is optional: you can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone.

3. Analytics and advertising tools

To understand which pages are useful to visitors and where people come from, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — anonymised visit statistics: which pages were opened, how long people stayed, what device and source they came from. The service sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser data. Processing follows Google's rules: policies.google.com/privacy.

We additionally record the fact that a WhatsApp button was clicked or the form submitted — without the content of the conversation and without your contact details. We only see which page a person decided to write from.

There are no advertising pixels and no behaviour-recording services (scroll tracking, mouse movement, session replay) on this site.

If that changes, we will update this page before enabling any such tool, not afterwards.

4. Server logs

Like any website, our server records service requests: IP address, date and time, the requested URL and the browser type. This is needed for security and fault diagnosis. Records are kept for a limited time and are not used to build a profile of a visitor.

5. Cookies and how to refuse them

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This site sets only Google Analytics cookies, used to count visitors. We do not use them for advertising.

General ways to protect yourself in any browser:

  • clear and block cookies in your browser settings;
  • turn on Do Not Track;
  • use a blocker such as uBlock Origin.

Blocking cookies does not prevent you from using the site.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to:

  • show what data of yours we hold;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete data once it is no longer needed to answer your enquiry;
  • stop processing.

Message us on WhatsApp and we will answer and comply. No identity document is required, but we do need to be sure the request comes from you.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell or pass data to third parties for commercial purposes. The only exception is Google, which processes analytics data for us under its own privacy policy.

8. Changes

If the set of tools changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Current revision — 28 August 2026.
